New Hope Charter School’s staffing plan and hiring process are focused on meeting the diverse learning, language and social-emotional needs of our students and families. - 7th- and 8th-Grade Teachers (single subject or multiple subject credentials):

- Science
- Spanish
- Arts/Music
- Education Specialist
- Physical Education/Health
- Teaching Assistants (3): provide learning support for students, in collaboration with Teachers and Education Specialists.
